Our fund Strategy

Our portfolios invest in the listed property investment universe, principally companies listed on the JSE. We aim to generate consistent and long-term investment returns by investing primarily in attractive investment opportunities recommended by our research function. As such, we invest in companies that have attractive long-term fundamental values when compared to their share prices. This is informed by the recommendations from our research analysts.

Our Property Fund aims to generate long-term capital growth and a higher return than the South Africa Listed Property Index (SAPY).
